You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order enters the order process in our office or is sent to a vendor for factory-direct shipment. You will be sent a email notification on your shippment with your UPS Tracking number when it leaves our warehouse. You can then enter your tracking number into our system at UPS TRACKING or FEDEX TRACKING to get a updated schedual of your delivery. Please allow up to 7 days to recieve your tracking number.
